You shouldn't have trouble with belt sizes, not matter what size you have. If it happens to be an issue, you may add an extra hole to it, or even request a local shoe repairman to fit it for your waist.
I wear a size 38 does it come in that size,also does it come as pictured above (with box, & tagsand belt bag)

Le dimensioni sono indicate in centimetri (1 pollice = 2,54 centimetri). Così per esempio se si è una vita da 30 pollici allora che fare di te una vita 76,2 cm. In tal caso vorrei suggerire che si dovrebbe scegliere l'opzione di 95 centimetri che sarebbe perfetto per quel formato.
