Packages

The number of packages that correspond to your order will be determined by pack size and availability.  Unfortunately, this is not decided in the order process, but in the shipping process.  For information regarding how many packages your order will be, please contact us after you have placed your order.

Shipping Procedure

• All shipments are made via courier and are sent directly from our warehouse to your front door.
• After you place you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking order and an order confirmation number
• The tracking number allows you to follow your package and find out approximately when you will receive your order
• It takes 5-7 business days for delivery (after shipment has been processed)
• Make sure that an adult (18+) at the shipping address to receive your order

NOTE:  Please be sure to include the correct shipping address when you place your order.  We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if you provide us with incorrect information.

Tracking

We will email you a shipment tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your order.  If the preceding letter in your tracking number is M or V, your package is being shipped via UPS.  These packages can be tracked at www.ups.com.  If the number is preceded by EA, then your package is being shipped via EMS.  These packages can be tracked by consulting your national postal service website (check the chart below).

NOTE: We are not responsible for taxes or tariffs on your packages.  We tried to avoid these costs with low value invoices.
